Vendor refund policy
Subscription, usage, overage, upgrade, and setup fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law. Refunds or chargebacks related to payment transactions are subject to Decentro transaction dispute and banking partner policies. Customers may raise billing or refund requests at support@decentro.tech or grievances@decentro.tech . Cancellation requests apply at the end of the active subscription term.
