    Upon engagement, each client is assigned a dedicated project team tailored to the specific needs of the engagement. Every project includes both a Program Lead, responsible for day-to-day coordination and client communication, and an Engagement Lead, who provides strategic oversight and ensures the project remains aligned with long-term goals and objectives.

    During both the implementation and post-launch support phases, Ode provides ongoing assistance through email and Slack as primary communication channels, with phone and video calls available as needed. Clients can expect an initial response within 8–12 business hours during standard U.S. East and West Coast business hours, and within 24 hours for inquiries received outside of business hours. Response times for critical issues are prioritized based on severity to ensure timely resolution and minimize disruption.
