- Strategic Advice: We help reflect your results into a comprehensive, long-term security awareness training plan.
- Targeted Recommendations: Based on the data, we suggest specific security domains your organization should focus on and recommend appropriate KnowBe4 training modules and phishing email templates for future campaigns.
- Custom Educational Content Advice: If you wish to create your own original educational materials, we offer advice on effective topics and key messaging points that resonate with your employees. note: If you would like us to create custom educational content, we can provide this as a separate optional service.
- Documentation and Inquiry Support: We assist with creating operational documents and provide ongoing technical support via email or remote meetings to address questions regarding the KnowBe4 platform.
