What do you like best about the product?
The name says it all. Yes, it is the best facility management application or tool which operates thru the cloud and provides services to various facility service providers across the globe.
What do you dislike about the product?
Operating thru the cloud is one of the best things that everyone likes about this application or tool. Due to being cloud-based, this doesn't require any download or log in.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No download, no login is one of the best problem solving using FacilityBot. This application also offers chatbot services for easy query resolution for users throughout the verticals.

As already mentioned, the name says it all about this FacilityBot

What do you like best about the product?
FacilityBot is a multidisciplinary tool, straightforward to use that allows you to optimize the number of assets to the system and track your failure report and preventive maintenance history; besides being our primary communication channel with the users of the company's facilities, its most outstanding features are Mobile access, alerts and notifications, document storage, customizable fields, creation of historical reports and statistics, real-time data, billing, document and technical management, service history, status tracking, monitoring.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the system slows down when loading files and images, but in general, it performs well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It has been of great help we have obtained many benefits by implementing this program as it has facilitated the resolution of conflicts, reporting of failures as well as the processing of the same and the closure of cases, which has meant a significant improvement in performance and labor productivity, as a communication tool has been excellent, in addition to allowing us to track in real-time, I am pleasantly satisfied with the functionality and effectiveness of this tool.
