    The FinOps Assessment tells you what your AWS bill should be, and how to get there. It is a fixed price, fixed scope review of your AWS cost position, delivered by the team that runs Managed FinOps for Playground Tech's customers.

    • Commitment coverage and utilization across Savings Plans and Reserved Instances
    • Rightsizing candidates and idle resources
    • Tagging, cost allocation, and showback readiness
    • Budgets, alerting, and anomaly detection setup

    What you get: a findings report with quantified savings actions, prioritized by effort and impact, presented to your team in a working session. The assessment stands on its own, and it is also the natural entry into Playground Managed FinOps for continuous optimization.

    Read access is provisioned through cross account IAM roles with least privilege, documented before work starts. AWS infrastructure costs in your accounts remain your responsibility.
