The BeyondTrust platform enables organizations to shrink their attack surface by securing all privileged access — for human users, service accounts, and machines — across traditional, cloud, and hybrid environments.
The BeyondTrust platform implemented by Assertiva includes Password Safe (Privileged Password Management) for automated discovery, vaulting, rotation, and session management of privileged credentials; Privileged Remote Access for secure, audited remote access by employees, third-party vendors, and IT support teams without exposing the network; Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) for enforcing least privilege and application control on Windows and Mac endpoints, eliminating unnecessary local admin rights; and Cloud Privilege Broker (CIEM) for managing and governing privileged access and entitlements across AWS, Azure, and GCP environments.

Scope and deliverables
• Password Safe deployment and configuration: automated discovery and onboarding of privileged accounts, credential vaulting, automated password and SSH key rotation, and session recording.
• Privileged account and session management: approval workflows, check-in/check-out controls, and full session audit trails for compliance.
• Privileged Remote Access deployment and configuration: secure remote access portal for employees, vendors, and IT support with granular session controls and recording.
• Zero-trust remote access: eliminating VPN dependency for privileged remote access while enforcing least-privilege session controls.
• Endpoint Privilege Management (EPM) deployment: least-privilege enforcement, local admin removal, application control, and just-in-time privilege elevation for Windows and Mac endpoints.
• Cloud Privilege Broker (CIEM): discovery and governance of cloud entitlements, detection of excessive permissions, and right-sizing of IAM roles and policies across AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Integration with Active Directory, LDAP, and identity providers for account discovery and authentication.
• Integration with ITSM platforms (ServiceNow, BMC Remedy) for privileged access request, approval, and change management workflows.
• Integration with SIEM platforms for privileged session and credential audit log forwarding.
