Clients select a monthly allocation of expert hours (called "Dracmas"), and Dedalus assigns the right specialists based on project needs. A Product Owner (PO) handles prioritization and business alignment, while a Project Manager (PM) manages execution, hour consumption tracking, and delivery oversight using shared project management tools.
