Serverworks' Paperwork Agent is an AI Agent service that streamlines standardized application form drafting by letting users "teach" the agent Word/Excel templates, completion rules, fill-in examples, and company-specific operational know-how. Running on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore Runtime, the AI Agent interactively gathers required information from users and automatically generates compliant draft documents based on registered templates and rules. It is well suited to industries such as construction, where standardized forms—road use permits, road occupancy permits, and similar filings—are routinely submitted to public agencies.

Just "Teach" Templates and In-house Know-how to Build a Practical AI Agent: Users register Word/Excel templates, mandatory fields, completion rules, fill-in examples, and internal operational rules through a Web UI. The AI Agent structures and retains them as Skills/knowledge. Business users can add new application forms by themselves without any code changes, enabling rapid response to form revisions, regulatory updates, or expansion to new business areas.

Interactive Field Gathering and Completeness Check: The AI Agent confirms required items in dialogue while drafting the application, preventing omissions and errors before submission. Validation against registered rules and examples is expected to reduce rejection rates from approximately 20% to under 5% (an approximately 15-point reduction).

Significant Reduction of Manual Workload: The time required to complete and rule-check a single application is expected to decrease from approximately 20 minutes to about 5 minutes (approximately 75% reduction).
