Overview
This is a repackaged open source software product wherein additional charges apply for the inclusion and pre-configuration of NVIDIA GPU drivers, the CUDA Toolkit, and the DOCA-OFED networking stack, for CIQ-engineered bug fixes and enhancements delivered ahead of the community, validated package supply chains, IP indemnification, and for access to CIQ support for basic support engagements via email or ticket.
Rocky Linux from CIQ Pro 9 with NVIDIA (RLC Pro NVIDIA) is a commercially supported, GPU-ready Enterprise Linux image from CIQ, the founding support partner of the Rocky Enterprise Software Foundation (RESF). RLC Pro NVIDIA combines the enterprise capabilities of RLC Pro 9 with the complete pre-integrated NVIDIA compute and networking stack, so GPU workloads run at first boot without manual driver compilation or component-by-component assembly. CIQ is the first Enterprise Linux provider commercially authorized to ship the full NVIDIA compute and networking stack together.
The complete NVIDIA stack is pre-integrated and commercially authorized. The NVIDIA CUDA Toolkit is included and validated for training models, running inference, or executing HPC simulations from first boot. DOCA-OFED provides the full datacenter networking stack for RDMA and InfiniBand, pre-built and ready to run. Datacenter GPU drivers are built against the CIQ-signed Rocky Linux kernel with no DKMS, no manual compilation, and no third-party repositories required.
As an RLC Pro subscription, this image also delivers CIQ-engineered bug fixes and enhancements to paying customers ahead of the community, ensuring your systems benefit from CIQ engineering beyond what Rocky Linux provides on its own. Rocky Linux from CIQ Pro delivers timely security updates under a commercially backed SLO to ensure that even if the community is running behind, or upstream projects decide not to fix a critical security issue, CIQ will ensure you are compliant and up to date. See EULA for details. CIQ validates all installers, community packages, binaries, metadata, and errata, ensuring delivery of a trusted OS with packages and updates from CIQ-operated repositories. Limited indemnification protects against open source intellectual property disputes. See EULA for details.
