Consumers want to charge their EVs everywhere they go, and our Infuse Roaming Solution ensures a seamless charging experience for your customers. With our Infuse Roaming Solution, you manage your customers charging experience. Infuse Roaming Solution handles your roaming connections. It keeps track of other market parties you exchange data with, downloads their data for you and pushes it to them. With the Infuse Roaming Solution, you wont have to worry about the many different versions and communication patterns the OCPI protocol allows. This decreases lead times for OCPI or OICP (the Hubject protocol) implementations from months to days. Infuse Roaming Solution lets you roam free, focusing on your core business.

    Overview

The Infuse Roaming Solution is a versatile platform that manages OCPI connections with external partners and facilitates the reception and transmission of OCPI-compliant data. It enables clients to dispatch commands and charging profiles directly to charge points and conducts background updates to maintain data integrity. Offering OCPI-compliant interfaces allows business applications to subscribe to events and interact with the broker through message broker Amazon Web Services SNS and SQS.

Use Cases: Act as an EMSP (eMobility Service Provider), managing the flow of information for charging processes.

Function as a CPO (Charge Point Operator), controlling charging station operation.

A typical customer deployment entails setting up various AWS resources to create a robust and scalable environment for the Infuse Roaming Solution. Upon deployment completion, the resources include PostgreSQL RDS for database services with at least 30GB of SSD, Secrets Manager for securing sensitive data, ECS for container management, CloudFront for content delivery, S3 for storage, SQS and SNS for message queuing, and notifications, a Load Balancer for traffic distribution, API Gateway for service interfaces, and Route 53 for DNS management. The deployment options cater to various needs, supporting single-AZ for fault-tolerant and highly available setups, multi-AZ for even greater resilience across multiple availabilities zones, and multi-region deployments for global distribution and localised access.

This deployment supports all AWS regions, allowing users to host the Infuse Roaming Solution in a location that best suits their operational requirements.

Container applications run on supported container runtimes and orchestration services, such as Amazon Elastic Container Service (Amazon ECS) or Amazon Elastic Kubernetes Service (Amazon EKS). Both eliminate the need for you to install and operate your own container orchestration software by managing and scheduling containers on a scalable cluster of virtual machines.
