Workload Migration: Our engineers use AWS Application Migration Service and AWS Database Migration Service to migrate workloads efficiently and with minimal disruption. We manage cut-over planning, testing, and rollback strategies for each migration wave so risks are controlled and surprises are minimised.
Optimisation: Migration is not the final step, it is the starting point. After migration, we conduct AWS Well-Architected Reviews to identify opportunities to improve performance, reduce costs, and strengthen security in the new environment.
