    The service is priced FROM 5% of a customer’s AWS monthly spend depending on volume.

    This reflects the end-to-end operational ownership, continuous optimisation, and engineering support required to run production-grade AWS environments.

    Billing Structure: If LSD Open is the AWS billing partner: The fee is applied directly as a percentage of AWS spend. If LSD Open is not the billing partner: The same percentage is calculated based on AWS usage and converted into a fixed monthly fee and reviewed quarterly.

    How pricing is calculated and maintained: Pricing is based on a rolling three-month average of AWS spend, ensuring stability and predictability.

    This is reviewed quarterly, allowing the service cost to adjust in line with actual platform usage.

    As environments scale up or down, costs adjust accordingly, maintaining alignment between platform size, operational effort, and delivered value.
