    What I like best about Salesforce Data 360 is the ease of use.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I have not used Salesforce Data 360 long enough to find anything I dislike.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    We are moving from a (very old) CRM that had multiple data sources to Salesforce, so the possibilities seem endless.

    I like being able to pull together all the disparate marketing analytics via API and then use marketing intelligence with Agentic AI to generate insights.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    It’s not a feature that’s widely shared.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    No more scuba gear. Data 360 brings together multiple sources of performance data—GA, LI, Meta, spreadsheets, and more—into one place. With the new Marketing Intelligence platform, you can use Agentic AI to query that data, or set up your marketing performance analytics in other ways within Data 360 to surface insights. It cuts out hours of diving through dashboards, reports, and spreadsheets just to understand what’s working.

    The data integration across channels will accelerate our ability to better meet member needs in a more personalized, timely, and efficient manner now and as we further explore agentic marketing capabilities in Salesforce.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Concerned with any default settings allowing a marketing role to delete an account (perhaps accidentally or intentionally). Administrator can turn this potential hazard off, but it would be nice to default to not allow that to happen without deliberate permission or a failsafe in place to recover data insights.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Serving as a central repository to migrate our disparate data silos for a better picture of our information, savings from releasing other platforms and ability to coordinate efforts

    What do you like best about the product?
    The way its out of the box data model captures many common customer attributes and touchpoints across industries. This enables quick wins out of the box instead of custom configurations.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    Way too many click required in a workflow. I am constantly going back to a main tab and clicking through many screens to get to where I need to go.

    Giving a click not code solution to building customer segments for a marketing team.
