These charges are applied on top of the contract price. If you choose not to renew or replace your contract before the contract end date, access to your entitlements will expire.

    What do you like best about the product?
    What I like most about Playroll is the user-friendly dashboard and how easy the onboarding process was. The team was incredibly supportive throughout, making everything smooth and stress-free. The Employee Success team has been fantastic - especially Justin, who was always helpful, responsive, and great to work with.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    At the moment, there’s nothing I dislike about Playroll, and based on my experience so far, I don’t foresee that changing anytime soon.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Playroll solves a lot of issues, but one is the problem of slow communication and delayed support often experienced with other EoRs. Compared to my previous provider, Playroll has been proactive, supportive, and quick to respond, making everything much easier.

    What do you like best about the product?
    I had a very positive experience working with the consultants at Playroll. They were highly supportive and consistently delivered responses within a short turnaround time. The feedback provided was always accurate, clear, and informative.
    The onboarding process was seamless and well-organized, with great attention to detail—nothing was overlooked. I also appreciated the company’s commitment to maintaining employee records in a professional manner, fully aligned with the labor regulations in my country.
    Overall, I felt confident and well-supported throughout the onboarding process, and it was reassuring to know I was in good hands.

    There have been no issues so far, as my employment has only recently started. However, all my experiences with Playroll to date have been very positive.

    1) Legal andCompliance Complexity - Playroll ensures that employement contract comply with local labor law.
    2) Administrative Burden - Handles all paperwork including Tax forms and personal data collection
    3) Data and Record Management - Playroll maintains employee records in a structured and compliant system that ensures data security, proper documentation storage and easy access to employee data from an employee standpoint.
    4) Cross-Border Hiring Support - Playroll provides clear guiadance during onboarding, answers queries quickly and creates a stress-free experience.

    What do you like best about the product?
    the platform is easy to navigate and the people who you are talking in contact with in Playroll are easy to contact, they always respond ASAP which is nice.
    What do you dislike about the product?
    I expected that an onboarding live meeting would happen to reassess my company’s contract and HMO—but we didn’t. Atleast they are super responsive in email.
    What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Its easier to have transactions with my global company regarding tax, healthcare, and social security contributions.
