RegWatch Legal is an AI workspace for legal work. It reads your contracts and legal documents, answers questions with page-level citations, drafts and redlines Word documents with real tracked changes, extracts structured data across entire document sets, and packages recurring tasks as reusable workflows.
Cited answers you can verify The assistant is grounded in your documents and cites every answer, so you can click any citation to open the source at the quoted passage, and treat every output as a first draft for professional review rather than relying on it blind.
What you can do Ask a question and get an answer anchored to the exact passage in the source document. Ask for a change and the assistant inserts OOXML tracked changes you accept or reject edit by edit; download the file and the redlines open natively in Microsoft Word, ready for counterparty review with full version history kept. Run one extraction prompt per column across many documents at once (dates, currencies, yes/no flags, and tags, with the citation behind every cell), then export to Excel. More than 100 built-in workflow templates span 11 practice areas, and optional US case-law research verifies citations against court opinions.
Credit-based pricing You pay for the work performed. One shared credit balance covers your whole team, so you can add users without buying seats. Each task uses credits by complexity, you see an estimate before each task, and unused credits stay in your balance. Buy a bundle up front and top up any time, with a better rate on larger bundles. All capabilities are included and AI processing is fully managed, with no API keys to configure. Custom volume, single sign-on, and a dedicated account manager are available as private offers.
Security and architecture RegWatch Legal is multi-tenant with strict per-organization isolation enforced via PostgreSQL row-level security, role-based access control, and encrypted credentials. Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. AI answers always cite their sources; treat them as a first draft for professional review, not legal advice. For customers who require the product to run inside their own AWS account, a self-managed private VPC deployment is available (see the separate "RegWatch Legal Private VPC" listing).

Vendor refund policy
Prepaid credit packs are billed up front for the contract term. To request a refund, email support@regwatch.io within 30 days of purchase with your AWS account ID. We review each request and refund unused credits where permitted. For any billing question, contact support@regwatch.io .
