Prime Pulse Systems deploys Cortex directly inside your AWS environment, configuring Amazon S3 for document storage, AWS IAM for role-based access control, Amazon VPC for network isolation, and AWS KMS for encryption at rest and in transit. Every query is processed within your own account, ensuring your data never leaves your infrastructure. Once deployed, every team across Legal, Finance, HR, IT, DevOps, and Operations can query your entire knowledge base through a single intelligent chat interface and receive accurate, source-cited answers in under 200ms. Cortex supports PDF, DOCX, XLS, CSV, TXT, and Markdown files out of the box, with third-party integrations such as Notion, Confluence, Google Drive, and Slack available through customisation packages.
