Engagement Phases and Deliverables
Our engagement typically spans 8-12 weeks and covers the entire competency lifecycle:
Phase 1: Readiness Assessment (Weeks 1-2) We evaluate your current positioning against AWS Competency requirements and identify gaps before you invest time in the formal process. You receive a written gap analysis report with a prioritized remediation roadmap.
