1. Cloud Migration Discovery & Assessment We establish a detailed, evidence-based understanding of your application estate, infrastructure, dependencies, and migration readiness. 2. Cloud Migration Design & Planning We define a robust migration strategy aligned to business outcomes, including target AWS architecture, governance model, security posture, and migration sequencing.
