Amber Ignite™ is a four-week, hands-on program that takes your team from an Agentic AI idea to an executable Transformation Plan on AWS. Not a generic training or a proof of concept that ends in a slide deck, but a co-built engagement structured around a real business problem of yours.
The program runs in four working sessions:
First Call. We align on your business problem, your AWS environment, and the outcome that matters, setting the scope and the success criteria.
AI-DLC Workshop. Your team learns and applies the AI Development Lifecycle (AI-DLC) and Spec-Driven Development, turning the problem into clear, executable specs.
AgentCore Workshop. Side by side with our architects, your team builds on Amazon Bedrock AgentCore, turning specs into a working Agentic AI capability.
Transformation Plan. We close by presenting your Transformation Plan: a concrete roadmap to take what you built to production and scale from the first agent to a broader Agentic AI strategy.

Amber provides hands-on support throughout the Amber Ignite™ engagement, combining technical depth with close collaboration with your team.
Support includes: guided kickoff and discovery on the First Call, hands-on facilitation through the AI-DLC and AgentCore workshops, and a final session presenting the Transformation Plan with full documentation and knowledge transfer.
