Intuiface extends the life of your exhibit and budget.

    Reviewed on Jun 08, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
As a museum, many of our touchscreen interactives stay on display for up to 10 years. By using the no-code platform, we can maintain and update these experiences over time, keep control of the content, and continue to grow alongside our audience engagement expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
Intuiface Composer is not currently available for macOS. Our graphic design teams work primarily on Macs and, due to IT restrictions, they’re unable to use virtual machines on their workstations. This has limited adoption of Composer within our design team. I’m looking forward to further developments on browser-based Composer tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We were exceeding our budget on exhibit projects when we outsourced the development and programming of even a single touchscreen interactive. That upfront cost limited our options for offering interactive experiences to our audiences, and it often pulled resources away from tactile interactives and other innovative storytelling. The Intuiface annual subscription system lets us budget more predictably for the Experiences we share in our exhibits, whether we’re planning for long-term deployment or for temporary exhibits. The ability to update the content saves overall cost and extends the life of the exhibit.

    Bespoke Interactive Experiences, Made Simple.

What do you like best about the product?
The range of features available in Composer makes me feel comfortable offering clients bespoke, interactive experiences. It gives me confidence that the software is capable of delivering what I need (once I’ve learned how ;) ).

The UI takes some getting used too, but due to the sheer amount of features this is understandable - the layout of which once you learn it is natural during the design process. Proformance in composer is reasonable, rarely have any issues apart from the occasional crash - however the built in cloud project recovery feature is a brilliant addition and remedy to this rare problem.

The initial composer price is a bit steep! However, the free trial offered is enough time to know if the software will be of use to you ornot. The support is next-to-non the team at intufiace are helpful and always willing to guide you.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's not much not to like! Apart from a few quality of life features.

One thing that would be useful would be able to divy up the web licences per experience. Since you can only buy at minimum is 5000 views per month.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
    Bespoke interactive experinces.

    Rapid Development with Intuitive Interface

    Reviewed on Jun 04, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
I really like that Intuiface allows me to develop interactive applications much faster than if I had to start from scratch. It's super convenient for quickly creating interactive experiences, which is useful in many sectors. Intuiface's interface resembles those of design tools like Illustrator or Photoshop, so anyone with design knowledge can learn it easily. Another advantage is that Intuiface is open enough to allow the integration of external code modules, which compensates for the functionality that the platform does not provide on its own, and it's extremely practical for the business applications we develop. Moreover, the cross-platform compatibility is excellent, and there is not much to criticize. Being able to lay out the design while creating the functional logic is a major asset, especially in projects with tight deadlines. Finally, Intuiface integrates well with many external tools, which is essential for our projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would say that today, there isn't much to criticize since we've been using Intuiface for a while. The platform has become very robust and, honestly, we haven't taken the time to test the new NEXGen player, so the web player, but it's something we will consider soon. For now, whether it's on the composer or player side, and especially regarding multi-platform compatibility, I don't have many criticisms to make.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intuiface allows for the rapid design of interactive applications, particularly for temporary and event-based projects. It simplifies the design and functional logic, speeding up development compared to starting from scratch. It is very useful for various sectors.

A Practical Platform for Serious Interactive Experiences

    Reviewed on May 22, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Intuiface is that it gives you the freedom to create proper interactive experiences without having to build everything as bespoke software.

From a UI / UX perspective, it allows you to design polished, brand-led touchscreen journeys that feel custom, not template-driven. That is important when the experience needs to support visitor engagement, product discovery, storytelling or premium brand presentation.

The integration capability is another major strength. Intuiface can connect content, data, sensors, APIs and external systems, which makes it much more powerful than a standard digital signage CMS.

In terms of performance, my experience has been positive across demanding projects, including multi-screen and 4K interactive deployments. When planned and built correctly, it delivers a smooth and professional user experience.

From a pricing / ROI point of view, Intuiface makes sense because it reduces the need for full custom development. You still get a high-quality interactive result, but with a platform that is faster to build, easier to update and more commercially practical.

The support and onboarding are also important. A platform like this needs good guidance, documentation and partner support, especially when projects become more complex. Intuiface gives confidence that the solution can be built, deployed and maintained properly.

Looking ahead, AI and intelligence will make platforms like Intuiface even more valuable. The ability to combine interactive content with smarter data, personalisation, analytics and adaptive experiences is where customer-facing digital engagement is clearly heading.

In short, Intuiface bridges the gap between digital signage and custom software. It gives you creative control, integration flexibility and a strong commercial argument for serious interactive projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is very little I genuinely dislike about Intuiface, but it is not a platform you should treat as a basic digital signage tool.

The main challenge is that to get the best from it, you need to think properly about UI / UX, content structure, user flow and deployment logic. If the experience is badly planned, Intuiface will not magically fix that. It gives you powerful tools, but the quality of the final result still depends heavily on good design thinking.

There is also a learning curve. For simple playback, it may feel more advanced than necessary, and for teams used only to standard CMS platforms, onboarding can take time.

Pricing also needs to be considered correctly. Intuiface is not the cheapest option if all you need is scheduled video or image playback. The ROI only really makes sense when the project needs genuine interactivity, integration, data, sensors, premium presentation or regular content evolution.

So my honest view is this: Intuiface is probably overkill for basic signage, but for serious interactive projects, that complexity is justified. It is a professional platform and should be approached as one.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Intuiface solves the problem of creating high-quality interactive experiences without having to commission fully bespoke software for every project.

In many digital projects, a standard signage CMS is too limited, but custom development can be expensive, slow and difficult to maintain. Intuiface sits in the middle. It gives me the ability to design and deliver polished interactive experiences with strong UI / UX, rich media, integrations and data-driven content, while keeping the project commercially practical.

The main benefit is flexibility. It allows me to move from concept to working experience much faster, make changes without heavy development cycles, and adapt the solution as the client’s requirements evolve.

It also helps when explaining value to clients. Instead of selling “a screen”, Intuiface allows the conversation to shift towards visitor engagement, product discovery, storytelling, analytics and measurable customer interaction.

For me, the benefit is clear: Intuiface reduces development dependency, improves creative control, speeds up delivery and helps turn digital screens into useful, interactive business tools.

Intuiface Makes Complex Interactive Experiences Easy—No Coding Needed

    Reviewed on May 13, 2026
    Review provided by G2
What do you like best about the product?
Intuiface makes it really easy to set up even complex interactive experiences without needing to know any coding. Making changes to experiences is also straightforward and quick. Best of all, the support team is responsive and extremely helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
There isn’t much to dislike about Intuiface. Practically anything one needs to do can be done using the software, and it feels flexible enough to handle most tasks without getting in the way.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Customers often come to us wanting complex, interactive kiosks, and building them with Intuiface has made the process much easier. With so much functionality available in Intuiface, we’ve been able to expand on the original ideas and refine them along the way, which ultimately leads to a better outcome for the customer.
