Red Hat® OpenShift® Proof of Concept by Level Up

     Info
Level Up's Red Hat® OpenShift® Proof of Concept is a fixed-scope engagement designed to help organizations evaluate the operational, architectural, and business value of adopting Red Hat OpenShift before making larger platform modernization investments.

    Overview

Delivered by Level Up, a Red Hat Premier Partner with experience in various editions of Red Hat OpenShift over a structured 30-day engagement, this engagement helps infrastructure, platform engineering, cloud, security, and application development teams validate OpenShift as a foundation for modern application delivery, Kubernetes operations, platform engineering, and hybrid cloud adoption. This package focuses on measurable outcomes, organizational readiness, and practical implementation experience rather than purely theoretical evaluation.

Working alongside customer stakeholders, Level Up conducts discovery sessions, reviews current infrastructure and application delivery practices, identifies candidate workloads, and deploys a proof-of-concept OpenShift environment aligned to the customer's goals. Common focus areas include container platform adoption, application modernization, Kubernetes operations, CI/CD integration, developer self-service enablement, platform engineering initiatives, GitOps workflows, and hybrid cloud strategies. Customers gain hands-on experience with OpenShift's enterprise Kubernetes capabilities while evaluating how the platform can improve developer productivity, operational consistency, security, scalability, and application lifecycle management.

Scheduled and delivered over the course of approximately 30 calendar days, Level Up documents current-state processes, defines success criteria, deploys and validates the OpenShift proof of concept, enables customer teams, and delivers a final readiness assessment. More than simply a technical deployment exercise, the engagement provides stakeholders with a clear understanding of organizational readiness, expected ROI, implementation requirements, operational considerations, and recommended next steps for production adoption. At the conclusion of the engagement, customers receive a documented platform assessment, knowledge transfer, implementation recommendations, and a prioritized roadmap for expanding OpenShift adoption across AWS, on-premises, and hybrid cloud environments.

Particularly well suited as a companion professional service for Red Hat OpenShift on AWS Marketplace, helping customers accelerate time-to-value and reduce adoption risk through a guided, outcome-driven implementation delivered by a Red Hat Premier Partner with deep expertise in OpenShift, Kubernetes, automation, and enterprise platform engineering.
