Phase 2: Platform Provisioning (Weeks 4-8) We deploy and configure your dedicated IDP on AWS EKS using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform). This includes GitOps-based deployment pipelines, integrated observability (logging, metrics, tracing), RBAC and network policies, secrets management, and image scanning. All infrastructure is codified and version-controlled.

Phase 2 - Platform Build and Configuration: Implementation of the IDP tailored to your teams. Deliverables include a configured platform environment, CI/CD pipelines, and integration with your existing AWS infrastructure.
Phase 3 - Handoff and Onboarding: Training sessions for your engineering teams, comprehensive platform documentation, and operational runbooks. Your team is fully enabled to use the platform from day one.
Buyer Responsibilities
Buyers are expected to provide AWS account access and provisioning, designate engineering staff to participate in discovery workshops and training sessions, and assign a project point of contact for coordination throughout the engagement.
