Service scope The engagement is executed in five phases under Wind Consulting's formal PMO project management methodology, aligned with the AWS Migration Acceleration Program (MAP):
Planning and preparation. Validation of the prior assessment, detailed Landing Zone design in AWS, definition of migration waves, communication plan, and change management strategy. Mobilization. Construction of the AWS foundation, configuration of networking, security, identity, and observability; execution of controlled pilots with non-critical workloads. Wave-based migration. Execution of migration in waves with functional, performance, and continuity testing per workload. Cutover and go-live. Coordination of cutover windows, final data synchronization, switchover to production, and intensive post-migration monitoring. Stabilization and optimization. Fine-tuning of cost, performance, and security; documentation of final architecture and knowledge transfer to the client team.
