Mercurius handles tenant onboarding, behavioral baseline tuning, weekly threat intelligence review, quarterly executive briefing, incident response on suspicious messages, and full integration with Mercurius SOC AI 24/7 for end-to-end incident response. Service includes ROI dashboard tracking blocked attacks and time saved, monthly board-ready reports, dedicated email security analyst, and quarterly red-team simulation testing phishing-resistant access controls. This managed service is delivered for customer workloads running on AWS and is offered in relation to the following AWS services, with which Mercurius integrates detection and response: Amazon WorkMail, Amazon SES, Amazon GuardDuty, and AWS Security Hub.
