What is our primary use case?
My main use case for Claude for Enterprise is building multiple workflows, which can be coded ones. For example, I am working on an operational workflow that manages daily deliveries for the business and ensures nothing is missed. I have used Claude code to create automation for the franchisee stores of the business, and I also make sure that things are not missed.
What is most valuable?
One of the best features Claude for Enterprise offers is that there is no competitor for Claude in creating workflows at a very fast level. Whatever I want to build is completed very quickly and at a very proficient level.
Claude for Enterprise has positively impacted my organization because, as the only technical person for this business, using Claude code improves my efficiency significantly. My time consumption is heavily reduced. Rather than using any other platform, it would take me considerably more time, and the accuracy would not be as good as what Claude delivers. The reduction in time consumption makes it more possible for me to work on different solutions.
I normally say that if I had to code on any other platform to build a system, it would have taken me at least three to four weeks. With Claude for Enterprise, it has been completed in less than a week. So I save around three weeks' time for a use case.
What needs improvement?
The biggest frustration for me regarding Claude for Enterprise is the pricing and credit consumption. Even for small changes, it consumes more credits than any other competitive platform. If there are more credits, the cost increases. I believe that is definitely a factor. Claude for Enterprise has done an exceptional job in delivering all the right things except for the pricing, because it comes with a good amount of cost. If it could ensure that small changes consume fewer credits, that would be helpful.
My final thoughts on Claude for Enterprise are that with the growing use of automations, if Claude for Enterprise could come up with a no-code solution—currently it uses credits to code things—but if it could be a drag-and-drop type of solution, as other competitors such as Make .com or n8n offer, I believe that would be a huge advancement. Currently it is usable for even non-technical people, as they just have to use it with prompts, but if it were structured with a drag-and-drop method to create automation, it would be even more cost-effective and faster than coding it and finding the debugging parts.

I have been familiar with Claude for Enterprise for around six months.
What other advice do I have?
My advice to someone considering Claude for Enterprise is to first understand prompting. I recommend trying as much as possible to get everything in a single prompt so that you do not use multiple prompts for smaller things, which consumes more credits in the end. Understanding prompting is very important before you use Claude for Enterprise. Second, I would recommend understanding how the credits work, including what tasks consume how much of the credits, so that you can get an idea of the costs before jumping into the paid version. I gave this review a rating of eight out of ten.
Data visualization and workflow efficiency improve with automated features
What is our primary use case?
I use Claude , particularly its artifact features, for data visualization. On a weekly basis, we create newsletters for our clients that require beautiful and good-looking presentations, particularly in HTML versions where we need to create heat maps or word clouds. Such tasks are accomplished by Claude 's artifact feature, which works very effectively. It requires coding, but the AI agent inside Claude does everything automatically, generating HTML output for me to share with stakeholders.
It produces this automatically after making prompts, doing a good job and increasing my productivity.
With the help of Claude's artifact features, my workflow is easier compared to earlier manual formats where we had to focus on creating icons and infographics in PPT format, then converting that into an HTML version. Now, you just have to prompt it with what you want exactly, and it will produce icons and infographical formats, giving you a beautiful artifact kind of live, visually appealing, website-friendly HTML version of newsletters.
How has it helped my organization?
Claude has positively impacted my organization, as evident from the metrics which show productivity doubling and turnaround time being cut in half. Things were much less efficient before compared to now.

Claude saves me significant time when conducting research or writing quick Python scripts. Claude improves the quality of the code because I am not a very good software developer.
What needs improvement?
The foundational model would have to be improved to be comparable to ChatGPT for everyday use cases.
The system should be better at understanding when to reply directly with the foundational model and when to perform a web search.

AI generates human-like responses and automates tasks efficiently
What is our primary use case?
I primarily work on creating labs and testing cases. I generate agents for specific topics. If I want to develop an application, I use a specific prompt and utilize it as an agent to address a specific question from a developer. For general questions, I develop other agents to respond to various inquiries on generic issues.
What is most valuable?
All AI solutions help me work faster. In my opinion, Claude by Anthropic is more accurate in its responses. Although it is not the largest, it is more accurate. I use the AI generative feature to ask questions. While it is not perfect, it performs well. Claude helps automate some products, allowing me to get solutions closer to people because I can address different questions in a more human-like manner.
What needs improvement?
The product could be improved by offering automatic integration with other solutions, such as the ability to read Excel or text files and automate processes this way. Currently, additional solutions are needed to integrate these types of tools. If I want to read a spreadsheet from Google and pose a human-like question, I need to integrate two or three AI solutions. Security is also a concern. AI solutions currently lack security in their processing. If I need to access my confidential information and the AI solution accesses and displays it in responses for everyone, it is not the ideal scenario. Developing solutions to ensure security is crucial, although it is not their main objective at the moment.
