Using the AWS Foundational Security Best Practices (FSBP) standard in AWS Security Hub CSPM, we will assess your AWS environment and assist you in detecting, reporting on and remediating resources with security issues.
Overview
Initial Setup
- Deploy AWS Config and AWS Security Hub CSPM to all regions where they are enabled in your target AWS account.
- Enable the FSBP Standard in AWS Security Hub CSPM to monitor compliance.
- Use Account Integration in AWS Security Hub CSPM to aggregate all detection results into our AWS environment.
Operations
- During initial deployment, we will verify compliance with the FSBP Standard and triage detected resources to determine whether action is required.
- We receive daily notifications regarding compliance status and check for any newly detected resources.
- If any are detected, we carry out triage and undertake remediation work.
- At regular intervals, we prepare reports containing a summary of the detection results and a review of non-compliant resources, and provide an explanation of the findings.
