    Vendor refund policy

    Subscriptions are non-refundable once payment is made. If you believe there has been a billing error, contact support@notta.ai  and we will investigate. Upon termination of your subscription, any prepaid fees for the remainder of the term will be refunded. To avoid future charges, cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
