The Nuvrix Migration Assessment is a fixed-scope engagement that gives organisations the validated cloud business case they need to secure AWS MAP (Migration Acceleration Program) funding and executive sign-off for a cloud migration.
Most migration projects stall at the business case stage either because the TCO analysis takes too long, lacks the detail AWS requires for MAP qualification, or doesn't clearly connect cloud costs to the workloads the business actually cares about. This assessment solves all three problems in one to three weeks.
What we do
We ingest your existing workload inventory whether that's an RVTools export, AWS Application Discovery Service data, or third party tooling output and run it through tooling to generate accurate AWS run-rate cost estimates at the workload level. We then layer in MAP funding eligibility, licensing optimisation opportunities (SQL Server, Windows, VMware), and a prioritised migration candidate ranking.
