During project delivery: Dedicated project managers and technical architects provide real-time support 5x8 working hours, covering requirements communication, solution adjustments, technical issue troubleshooting, and progress tracking. Phased delivery reports and reviews are provided for key milestones.
Post-project delivery: A 30-day free after-sales support window is provided, including issue fixing, documentation Q&A, and knowledge transfer supplementation for deliverables. Managed Services are available for purchase after the window expires.
