    Overview

    AEGISCORE : Navigator™ is NRI Netcom's CCoE enablement service, designed to help organizations establish and grow a Cloud Center of Excellence—a company-wide specialist team that drives cloud adoption. Many enterprises decide to launch a CCoE but struggle with how to proceed due to gaps in experience, skills, or organizational structure. Because every customer's challenges differ, NRI Netcom begins with careful consultation and then proposes an optimal enablement program matched to the customer's current status, drawing on extensive system integration and cloud adoption experience.

    The service spans the full range of CCoE needs across three areas. In strategy and activity planning (upstream support), NRI Netcom advises on approach, organizational form, activity and talent-development plans, and technical branding for recruitment. In security and governance, it helps design organization-level guardrails and controls. In hands-on work and member training, NRI Netcom joins as a working member in upstream tasks such as migration planning and requirements definition, builds shared IaC (Infrastructure as Code) templates, designs containerized and serverless architectures, and delivers AWS training and study sessions.
