Support covers onboarding, data ingestion and validation coordination, troubleshooting, access issues, archived data workflows, and general platform guidance across Clinical Viewer, Operational Viewer, File Manager, Managed Database Services, and Audit. Support includes 24/7 coverage for critical issues, with email, phone, and support portal intake channels. Clearsense maintains issue triage and escalation processes that can route high-severity cases to senior support, engineering, and product teams as needed.
