MeetingScribe - Silent Meeting Recorder and AI Minutes

MeetingScribe silently records your meetings and generates AI-powered structured minutes with Screen Intelligence. No bot joins your call. Your data never leaves your AWS account.

How It Works:

1. Subscribe on AWS Marketplace
2. Deploy backend into your AWS account via CloudFormation (us-east-1)
3. Install the macOS desktop app
4. Join your meeting and click Record in the system tray
5. Get structured minutes with decisions, action items, key quotes, and slide-aware screen analysis

Audio Capture: This version captures audio via your device microphone. For best results, use external speakers (not headphones) during meetings. Direct system audio capture is planned for a future release.

Key Features:

• Silent capture via macOS system tray. No bot joins, no notification to participants.
• Screen Intelligence (Pro): captures screenshots every 15 seconds. AI analyzes slides, documents, and shared screens, then correlates visual content with what was being discussed.
• Timeline view: screenshots and transcript segments interleaved chronologically for easy review.
• Data sovereignty: entire backend runs in YOUR AWS account. Audio, transcripts, screenshots, and minutes never leave your environment.
• Model choice: Amazon Nova Pro, Claude, or other Bedrock models.
• Speaker diarization: identifies up to 30 speakers via Amazon Transcribe.
• Dashboard: searchable meeting archive with rich timeline view.

Architecture (deployed in your account): API Gateway, Lambda, Amazon Transcribe Streaming, Amazon Bedrock, DynamoDB, S3, CloudFront. All serverless, minimal idle cost.

• Starter: $19/month (40 meetings/month)
• Pro: $49/month (unlimited meetings/month + Screen Intelligence)

IMPORTANT - AWS Infrastructure Costs: This product deploys AWS resources in your account. You are responsible for AWS infrastructure charges incurred by these resources, including but not limited to: Amazon Transcribe (streaming transcription), Amazon Bedrock (AI model inference), Amazon S3 (storage), AWS Lambda (compute), Amazon DynamoDB (database), Amazon API Gateway, and Amazon CloudFront. • Meetings via any platform (Zoom, Teams, WebEx, Meet)
