AWS Incident Detection and Response is designed to help you reduce potential for failures on your workloads and to help you recover from critical incidents. The service helps you develop custom response plans specific to your workload’s failure modes and establishes metrics and alarms. After an incident, upon request, AWS team can help you document and share learnings.
